These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for guests staying at St Cyrus Holiday Park and for customers purchasing holiday caravans on the park. They are designed to ensure all visitors and owners enjoy a safe, comfortable and well-managed environment while clearly setting out responsibilities relating to bookings, accommodation use and caravan ownership.
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by the park.
Payment terms for holidays or caravan purchases will be agreed at the time of booking or sale. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation or loss of reservation.
Check-in and departure times are provided upon booking confirmation. Guests must vacate accommodation on time to allow preparation for incoming visitors.
All guests and owners must follow park rules, respect other residents, and maintain acceptable behaviour, including appropriate noise levels and proper use of facilities.
Guests or caravan owners are responsible for any damage caused to accommodation or park property and may be charged for repairs or replacements where required.
Pets may be permitted subject to park approval and must be kept under control at all times, with owners responsible for cleaning up after them.
All caravan purchases are subject to sales agreements provided at the time of purchase. Ownership on the park is subject to pitch licence agreements, annual fees, and park regulations.
St Cyrus Holiday Park accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons or property unless caused by negligence on the part of the park.
The park reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any time, with updates made available on the website or upon request.
